THE EXTERIOR WALLS ARE COVERED WITH A UNIQUE AND HEAVY TEXTURED STUCCO PATTERN, UNLIKE MOST OTHER HOUSES IN SEILING. LISTED IN NATIONAL REGISTER 2/27/1997.
